I hope you had a great week, without limits. Did you know that according to scientists, the bumblebee’s body is too heavy and its wing span too small? Aerodynamically, the bumblebee cannot fly. But the bumblebee doesn’t know that and it keeps flying. What that shows us is that when you don’t know your limitations, you go out and surprise yourself. In hindsight, it poses the question: What are your real limitations? The only limitations a person has are those that are self-imposed. Don’t let others, or society, put limitations on you.
Something to Think About
Children learn what they can and can’t do at an early age, from their parents and their teachers. Are we instilling a belief of “no limits” to those under our care? Are we doing the same for ourselves?
Weekly Action Plan
Encourage those around you this week to break through self-imposed barriers and belief systems.
