Double the Sales: RE/MAX Agents Outproduce the Competition

RE/MAX agents continue to lead in productivity! According to the REAL Trends 500 survey, RE/MAX agents averaged 16.3 transaction sides, while agents with all other brands averaged 7.1. Here are four takeaways from the report.

• RE/MAX agents averaged 16.3 transaction sides, more than twice the average of 7.1 for all other agents in the survey.

• Of the 1,757 participating brokerages qualifying for the REAL Trends survey, 32% (559) were affiliated with RE/MAX.

• RE/MAX agents averaged $4.5 million in sales volume, 79% higher than the $2.5 million average of all other agents in the REAL Trends 500 survey.

• RE/MAX brokerages claim 87 of the top 100 placings when all participating brokerages are ranked by average sides per agent. RE/MAX agents in those brokerages averaged 29 transaction sides last year.
