My favorite Drip Campaign is the Holiday one! Easily add your contacts and activate them so they receive something for each major Holiday! Of course Design Center also has Buyer, Seller, RE/MAX National Ads and Monthly Newsletter that you can easily use as well!
RE/MAX LeadStreet has multiple Campaigns you can set and go! They also have a Monthly Newsletter that you can completely customize prior to it going out and if you have your contacts mailing address it will send active listings within a 5 mile radius inside of this email which is great! Of course they also have several (21) drip campaigns to choose from from Buyer Anniversaries, Open House Follow-Up, Homeowner Tips and generic email campaigns that you can easily turn on and watch the magic happen! They have all campaigns in single or team (I or we) option and each is customizable if you choose but you can see how many touches are in each campaign as well!
Of course I would say, take some ideas from these drip campaigns and set up your own unique monthly newsletter for your past clients using BombBomb to add a custom and personal video message as well as some local events or news which most will find valuable but if you don’t have time for that, the Design Center & LeadStreet auto drip campaigns are a great way for you to stay in front of your prospects, sphere and past clients!
